GENERAL OFFICE INFORMATION

My firm consists of one office located in the Chez Braun Building at 1407 W. 31st Ave., Suite 302, Anchorage, Alaska 99503. 

The office is normally open, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We are closed for lunch from 12 noon to 1:00 P.M.

HOURLY RATES

A standard hourly rate is set for each staff member based on the criteria of experience and ability. If no extenuating circumstances exist, clients are billed using standard hourly rates multiplied by the actual hours worked.

Hourly rates vary substantially among staff members. Accordingly, it makes sense to use less experienced staff members to perform routine accounting procedures to achieve the lowest hourly rate.

My firm has over 20 years of experience with small to medium sized businesses and with individual taxpayers. Some of the many clients we work for range from gift shops, wild animal rehabilitation and education centers, rental car agencies, construction companies, law firms, medical practices, churches, missionaries, public gas and electric utilities, auto parts chains, automobile service franchises, beauty salons, nutritional retail stores, internet retail stores, geophysical professionals and real estate agencies, to name a few.

We are able to provide a wide range of services offered by certified public accounting firms. For example, our clientele need assistance with income tax preparation, payroll and bookkeeping, assistance in establishing accounting systems - manual and computerized, personal and business financial statements, audits of small business entities, income tax, retirement and estate planning, non-profit accounting and consultation, financial planning, business valuations, divorce consultation and planning, and IRS audits.
